Paragliding Course in Bir Billing
If you want to learn about paragliding then you can go from a total beginner to an independent pilot with specially designed courses at Bir Billing, Himachal Pradesh. All intensive paragliding courses are one or two weeks long. There are three types of courses are available in Bir Billing.
Basic Paragliding Pilot Course(P1 & P2) – In this basic course you will learn about safety skills, and ground handling( like inflation, stabilization, kite, run, launch, fly and landing of the paraglider wing). You will also learn some advanced techniques, soaring flights, landing, and much more. This course usually takes 5 to 7 days.
Intermediate (Independent) Paragliding Pilot Course(P3) – This paragliding course is suggested only for people who have completed the P1 & P2 courses or have a fair knowledge of flight physics and techniques. You will learn in this course everything needed to be able to fly independently, including dealing with emergencies and different weather conditions. This course usually takes 5 to 6 days.
Advanced Paragliding Pilot Course(P4) – In this course, we will review your logbook, and the glider models you have flown, and go over the requirements checklist together. We work to build your knowledge and skill set and review allows us to get a vision of where you see yourself as a pilot in the future. This course usually takes 9 to 11 days.
